Disorderly Conduct - Verbal Abuse

Police are appealing for information regarding an incident that took place sometime between 15:15 and 15:30 on Wednesday 30th August 2017.

A woman in her 20s was walking up Pier Road in St Helier from the Mulcaster Street junction to Pier Road car park. As she approached La Clos Du Fort Flats the pavement was blocked by a group of 5 to 6 teenagers pushing mountain bikes.

The woman asked the youths to move, they then followed her to the car park shouting abuse at her all the way before the youths got into the lift with their bikes.

The youths are described as being white European between 13 and 16 years of age, one wearing a red hooded top and another wearing distinctive narrow rectangular glasses.
