At 8.20am this morning Thursday 4 May 2017, a further arrest has been made in this case. A 25 year old male was arrested on suspicion of the murder of Ana Rebelo in St Helier and remains in custody at PHQ.
The 58 year old male arrested on 4 April 2017 also answers bail today.
Both men will be interviewed today. Enquiries into the circumstances of Ana’s death continue. Forensic analytical work is also on-going.
Specially trained Family Liaison Officers continue to work in support of the family.
