The States of Jersey Police are appealing to members of the public who may have information regarding an incident which occurred in the afternoon of Saturday, 21st May 2016, within Hampshire Gardens, Aquila Road, St Helier.
At approximately 14:00hrs a man was working outside, within the Hampshire Gardens complex, using electrical tools and another man has confronted him about the noise. It is then reported that one of the men threatened the other.
