The States of Jersey Police are investigating several Postal offences involving a number of racially motivated letters that have been received by a local resident, between 2013 and 2015.
The letters were posted locally and delivered to a local address and DNA samples indicate association with a male profile.
The Police are appealing to any person that may be able to identify the handwriting in the letter pictured below. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Police on 612612 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800555111.
The States of Jersey Police will take this opportunity to reassure the community that any racially motivated incidents will be subject to a robust investigation.
