States of Jersey Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen a blue Ford Transit van driving dangerously during the evening on Sunday 20th December.
The van travelled west along Victoria Avenue through the area of Bel Royal and along La Route De La Haule, it then turned right at Beaumont and up Beaumont Hill. Police believe it carried on through St Peter and on to St Ouen.
