APPEAL DETAILS: At approximately 16.45hours on Wednesday 4th June 2014 a Red Audi Convertible was seen to reverse and strike two mopeds parked in SNOW HILL CAR PARK which has caused damage. The vehicle then left the scene. A number of workmen assisted in picking up the Mopeds.
