States of Jersey Police are appealing for witness regarding an incident which took place in the Snowhill area of, St Helier at around 11:20 hrs on Christmas day, 25th December 2014.
Information is being sought regarding a male who was approximately 45 yrs. old, Dark Short hair, 5’6 in height and of a proportionate build. He was wearing black Jeans, Dark Boots and a white vest or Mustard puffer jacket. Possibly carry a small silver implement.
