Cyclist dies following RTC

Police can confirm that the cyclist involved in this afternoon's Road Traffic Collision in St Helier has died.
The man in his 40s was involved in a collision with a Ford Luton Transit at 1.15pm this afternoon outside the old La Folie Pub near to Mount Bingham.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics but was pronounced dead a short time later.
The van driver is being treated as a significant witness.
Specially trained Family Liaison Officers are currently with the victim's family.
