Following the report that a fire had been started in a house yesterday afternoon on St Aubin's Inner Road, Julie Brown (48 years) has been charged with arson and assaulting a police officer. The suspect was remanded in custody pending appearance in the Magistrates Court at 10am on Wednesday 28 December 2011.

Both individuals have been charged and remanded for court and both investigations were overseen by DI Lee Turner and involved both CID and Crime Scene Investigators.
