Boy charged following break-in at Havre Des Pas

RELEASED TO MEDIA AT 9:15 AM ON THURSDAY 9 JULY 2009

THE States of Jersey Police can confirm that a 15 year old boy was charged last night in connection with a break-in at Havre Des Pas.

The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear in the Magistrate's Court today.

He faces the following two charges:

Break and entry with intent to commit a crime on 7 July
Break and entry with larceny on 7 July
A 14 year old girl, who was also arrested in connection with this alleged break in, has now been released pending further enquiries.
