Under FOI, everyone has equal right to access information.

How do I make a Freedom of Information Request to the States of Jersey Police?

You can make an FOI request in writing, by email, by letter or by using the online form on the States of Jersey web site.

 Your request must:

  • Be in writing
  • Include your name
  • Include an address for correspondence (this can be an email address)
  • Describe in detail the information you wish to obtain
