Firearms certificates

Firearms certificates are issued by the parishes.

You can get an application form from your parish hall and you must return it there. If you are visiting Jersey and need a temporary firearm certificate, you now need to apply online.

By law, if you own any firearms (including shotguns and air weapons) or ammunition, you must have a valid firearm certificate. A firearm certificate is valid for 5 years.
